HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Rooms have been blocked at discounted rates for the hotels listed below and do honor state/government rates. Please let them know you will be attending the Showcase at the Beaumont Civic Center.

BEAUMONT CIVIC CENTER

• Buses will be used during the site visits, leaving from and returning to the Beaumont Civic Center
• A very limited number of hardhats and vests may be provided locally-this equipment is mandatory for the project site visits. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN HARDHAT AND VEST, particularly if you're driving to Beaumont!
